Our Services

TRAIN, LEARN AND RELEARN

Mental health affects us, how we think about ourselves and our lives impact our behavior and how we cope in tough times.  It affects our ability to make the most of the opportunities that come our way, our relationship with our family and friends as well as to our community.  Mental health is a close link to our physical health.

The most helpless and isolated people in our community are those individuals suffering from mental illnesses.  The nature of mental illness makes the simplest task of daily living a huge challenge because you are rendered incapable of the limited things you can do in this condition.

At Branches of Hope, we understand everyone is different and have its own way of healing and recovery that is why our program is person-centered.  We instill self-understanding amongst our clients and encourage them to adopt to new attitudes and feelings toward life’s situations.

Since opening our services in 2012, we have provided Mental Health Support Services to members of the community of the counties of Henry and Pittsylvania including some areas of Patrick and Franklin County, and the Cities of Martinsville and Danville VA.

Our services are licensed by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) and funded under the Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS).  We also accept private insurance.
